"What I certainly think is that if you look at the by-elections, people were absolutely fed up about hearing about things that I stuffed up, endless churn of stuff, and what they wanted to hear was, well, yeah year, but what is this guy, all that, but what is this guy doing?"

Make of it what you will. Sky News reports it as an admission that his own errors contributed to the by-election disaster. From a different angle, he could be blaming the media for the fact that all voters hear about is things he's fucked-up instead of reporting what he's doing. Quite ironic as all he's been doing over the last year was partying and lying about it, and that's what the media's been reporting. :)

He said he planned on being PM into the 2030s, meaning a third term in office.

UK Debt interest for 22/23 is expected to rise to £83 billion and that’s before taking into account the likely recession.

Whoever comes in 2024 will find the public finances in a disastrous state and probably take many years to fix.

The dishonest charlatan has already been proven to be the biggest liar in politics but to see him getting out of a vehicle to jog for 10 yards beggars belief.

He's certainly right up there with Chris Grayling but it's difficult to say which is the bigger liar. :)

An investigation into whether the PM broke rules to try to get his then-girlfriend a job in No. 10 can only be initiated by, you've guessed it, the PM!

Amazing reading the story about David Brownlow agreeing to pay 150k to build Wilf Johnson a treehouse at Chequers. Real dedication.

2017 - Donates 715k to the Conservative party
2018 - Invests in Cefinn, a fashion label founded by David Cameron's wife, effectively rescuing it from losing 500k a year
2019 - Given life peerage by Theresa May (he gave 100k to May's constituency)
2020 - Pays 100k on Boris Johnson's flat refurb in Downing Street

Harriet Harman's been elected to chair the Privileges Committee's probe into whether the biggest liar in Britain lied to parliament and has made an anonymous call for evidence.

Yes the "...unflushable Lord Brownlow.."...

Last I heard the average donation to secure a peerage from the conservative was c250k... Must be after something else now?
