I just checked and the server was set up and details sent very quickly. Minutes after the order was received.
I just resent the confirmation details for you.

Thanks for this, but I still haven't received anything. Is it being sent to the correct email address? Should be j**.g***@yahoo.com
That's the one. Drop a note to support so we can echo back on that email.

Still nothing. It's all very odd. I received the initial customer portal verification email ok immediately after sign-up, but nothing from BA since. I'm receiving plenty of emails from elsewhere and test emails to myself are working just fine.
Very strange, can you access the portal as we can put your access details there, while we try and work out what is going on.
It's not as though it's our email address either, it's managed by the support system. We have kept them deliberately seperate.

Yes, the portal would be fine. Or PM me on here. Either way would be great. Thanks

What spec is your VPS running multiple instances ?ODPaul82 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 11:56 pmI have a VPS but not through the BA package, I just run BA professional (4x instances) on one. Cost is £20 p/m.
Location of mine is pretty much door to BF HQ, I believe the BA supplied one may well be located in exactly the same data centre (quite possibly same firm just different "skin" for the sale)
Went with that location due to the fact that in theory should be less hops between network nodes for my data packets to BF.
Automation wise one is for data recording, one is for dogs (UK & AUS), one is for pre-off racing (UK/USA/AUS), one is for spare in case I need to hop-on to a clean setup for whatever reason.

Price has gone up since I posted that year ago to £27 p/m
Which VPS?
Now we run 3 PC-s and all pc-s have around 3 usernames. The one PC CPU runs around 90%. Its an i5 3870 (4 core 4 threads). I want to switch to VPS. If i buy the biggest package, can i use more user name on VPS, and can i login to more betangel license? Its work?

Those prices don't look very competitive any more compared to our current lineup?ODPaul82 wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2023 10:58 pm2 core, 2 GB, 70GB Storage, 600GB Transfer

Bet Angel is licensed by username so you can use any username on the VPS or any instance of Bet Angel.rain91 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2023 4:56 pmWhich VPS?

VPS's are lower powered than a normal PC, so you would need quite a powerful VPS to run multiple copies of Bet Angel. It may be worth starting with a smaller one and seeing if it suits you or does what you need before taking the plunge to a high model: -
