I'm aware that someone posted something similar impacting a European instance of pokerstars the other week but it's 6:22am and I'm caffeine free still so not dug out the original post.
Woke up to this email which may impact a few users, I have done a self-exclusion on Pokerstars before for a year and I have a deposit limit with them now so it will be interesting to see how this develops next week

Hi ODPaul82,

Please read this message carefully.

We would like to notify you that we are making some changes to our End User License Agreements at PokerStars.uk.

From June 8, 2022, the following changes will apply:
If we can identify that you have an account with Paddy Power, Betfair or Sky Betting & Gaming (which includes Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino, and Sky Poker), and you self-exclude on PokerStars, then your self-exclusion will also apply to such other account(s).
The details of our registered office address will be updated (this has moved location).
References to the ‘Full Tilt’ brand will be removed.
All other provisions of the End User License Agreement will remain the same.

We encourage you to review the new End User License Agreement when it becomes available on June 8, 2022. You will be deemed to have accepted these changes if you continue to use our services from that date onwards.

If you have any queries or concerns, please visit our Help Center.

I'm surprised that data protection would allow this... I thought you have to agree to them sharing data as opposed to being "told". But then maybe that's what you effectively do when logging on - no idea...

edit - doh, thats what the last para says ! (need more coffee too)

It's not sharing data, they're parts of the same corporation.
