It's quite surprising (or not) how much info it accumulates about you. I had to send OpenAI support a .HAR file for a bug I found. Chrome sanitises those but Firefox doesn't. I asked chat how to remove the personalised info as I didn't want stuff like what car I had for example being randomly sent. It said sure, and you wouldn't want details of your Betfair strategies sending either!. :)

Oh wow!

In poker, there's been a lot said about wearing sunglasses at the table. (some want them banned as it hides information about the players eye movements..etc) This, however, is next level shit.

It's not a stretch to programme them to read your vital signs with a scan of your body, ie: temperature, estimated heart beat, level of alertness/focus. Some card rooms that run live streams have RFI chips in the cards. Could be programmed to read/recognise every card in the deck, perfect information.

But wait, what's to stop someone developing contact lenses that can do the same.....

Heck, no, two false eyes implanted and synchronised to your neural brain network. Who's to say there are "people" out there amongst us, already.

If you value privacy, its almost getting the point where it may be worth setting up multiple false profile(s) in order to confuse this technology as not getting a hit could soon be suspicious in itself !

VPN
yes, (Express) VPN works great with Sora. Had fun playing with it at Christmas but it created a rather macabre scene in which an 'elf' turned round by swivelling it's head 180 degrees like an owl and walked off backwards! Sorry for the quality (because of upload limits) but keep your eye on the green elf on the left of the screen :D

Outside of poker too tbh

Because you really only wear them so that women (including your own) can't tell what you're staring at

EDIT : Oh yeah, I think it also has a slight benefit against the sun too 👍

Another amazing, but slightly concerning AI. Give it a try, I just ran it on a load of things and it nailed each one.

Not knowing what it was going to do I gave it a silly image - sensible reply and accurate identification of content even so but bias to US despite having changed location to UK city which would have been a more "intelligent" reply..

Not too good an experience for me.

Gave it a picture of me fishing in a loch and it got the country wrong (Ireland)... Ran the same query again and it came up Scotland, although a good 50miles out. A bit weird it gave two completely different locations for exactly the same pic.

got similarly bad results. 2 images of where i live (town square, plus shore with island in background). Identified it as being in russia for one image and as being in loch lomond for the other. a way to go i'd say before it's FBI complaint!!

I ran it on a few cities and it was very good. But move out and it's less efficient.

That's good, but still a way to go when compared to Dubai....
