I think this has been raised before but it's been a while, so thought I'd put the idea forward again...
It would be extremely useful to be able to trigger alert messages to external devices. eg email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Could this functionality be added to the 'alert' rule type in a future update?

I've always thought this was a good idea, however once you introduce 3rd party software into the loop I guess it could become a support headache.
The ability to trigger a script or exe, as an option in the alert, would be good though, passing standard parameters from the alert i.e Header, Text Body etc could be workable. Then it's down to the user to get that working.
I know not everyone has coding skills but every AI available would be able to put something together, plus I'm sure people on here would post examples.
