Choose & arrange the shortcut items

Of the shortcut items to various areas, I have no need for the horse racing items plus I don't think I've used the add to guardian button in 5+ years yet it's 2nd in the order.
I additionally have my ladder screen set to a smaller visual area as only have 2 ladders visible for tennis so if I want to look at tennis trader I then need to expand out the screen to get to it.
Plus I miss calculator being there (I do have it as a shortcut on my taskbar)

It would be super beneficial for me to be able to pick and choose which items I want visible and also the order that they appear.
