VPS Performance Improvements?

Hi,

I hope this is is the right place to post in the forum. Can I suggest that you review your VPS offerings? I have an apple Mac so at the moment use VPS in preference to Parallels. I subscribe to the premium service with 4GB of memory and it literally grinds to a halt with the simplest of automations. The other key selling point of your VPS package is that your servers are close to the Betfair servers to increase speed - but all advantages are lost if BetAngel can't keep up due to poor server performance.

Is this something that you plan look at? BetAngel is awesome and you've literally thought of everything, However, in terms of the VPS offerings they're super expensive and the performance is REALLY REALLY disappointing.

They should be flying as we put new equipment in the datacentre. If it's not, contact support and we will have a look and switch or upgrade you.
