Staking defaults on ladder Back and Lay

Currently, the staking defaults on the ladder are inherited from the staking area on the global Bet Angel staking settings.

The same default is used for back and lay.

If u lay to liability, it means u have to manually change the setting on every single market.

Can you please look at amending the ladder settings area, to have a default back and lay stake.
