New rule position

This is a trivial request, but when you create a new rule in a large rule file it gets placed at the bottom of the file and you have to press the up arrow 50 times to get it in position. The ability to create a new rule after the currently selected rule would be useful.

you could "highlight" an existing rule, copy it, and alter the copy to the rule you need.......then your new rule will be under the one you copied !

That's easy enough (although it does involve deleting all the conditions and SVs), but the bottom of the file is a bizarre place to put a new rule.
