Make Tx count consistent across multiple BA sessions

Following up from this thread viewtopic.php?f=33&t=24743&sid=5bb522a3 ... a2419272d1 I would like to make a suggestion to make Tx count consistent across multiple Bet Angel sessions. Currently each session is independent which means it wont achieve the purpose of preventing extra transaction charges when running several sessions at the same time. Surely it is possible to get that number from Betfair through the API? If not can you make the request to Betfair?
