One-click number of rows selection setting (like the ladder)
On the ladder interface we can currently choose the number of ladders displayed between 1 and 18 (in up to 3 rows) but we cannot do the same on the One-click screen - it would be good if we could choose to view 1-18 rows (or all rows as is the current setting) on the One-click screen thus saving CPU resources and helping shape screen layouts and spawned markets.
