Sound Alter Bet Placed - Select Trading Screen

With the Sound Alerts for "Bet Matched", "Countdowns", "Suspension" etc you can select, if the alert is triggered for the "Main Trading Screen Only" or "All Trading Screens". Would be good to have this option for the "Placing Bet Alert" too
