Hi,

Can we get the offset odds below 2 correct when using by % please.

Often I will DOB odds below 2 for 50% but the offset always ends up being 1.01

Example: Back 1.80 with 50% offset should be 1.40 instead of 1.01 which happens now.

I know there is an option in automation but not on the one-click screen etc.

Thanks,

The offset is calculated as X% of the odds so includes the '1' being the stake. A few of us have raised this in the past and it was partly 'corrected' by offering both basis of calculation for Stored Values.

On your 'Staking' tab of your settings editor set it to 'price -1.0'

Surely it makes sense to use one formula or the other, rather than price-1 for odds-on.

Why would you want 2.02 to drop to 1.01 but 2.0 to drop to 1.5?

That wasn't the reason it was added

Although most people when offsetting (and particularly when DOBing) are using the decimal prices some wanted their offset calculated using fractional odds
using 'Price -1.0' allows that to be done ie, backing at 7.0 (6/1) with a 50% offset it would place it at 4.0 (3/1) and not 3.5
