Enhancements to Advanced Charts

I've been trying to get properly into the advanced charting, particularly the candlesticks and would like to suggest the following enhancements:

1- Ability to change refresh time dynamically:

2 - Ability to draw basic shapes on the candlestick chart.
Provide a simple drawing toolbox to allow squares and lines to be drawn (and cleared) from the candlestick. This is useful for being able to highlight entry and exit points within the market.

3 - Ability to add an upper and lower limit on the RSI.
When configuring the Data Series for the RSI, add 2 numeric inputs, one for the upper limit (e.g. 70) and one for the lower limit (e.g. 30). These values will then be used to draw horizontal lines on the RSI chart.
