Option to export ALL Settings as one file?

Recently my computer basically exploded and I had to buy another and although I managed to salvage some setting files, I failed to find them all and had to rebuild some of them when I received my new computer.

Is there a way to have an option that can export all of one's settings by saving the complete package of files as ONE file only?

Basically, export all settings as one file and when one opens a blank BA version a User only needs to import that one file but it installs all the 13x settings files automatically?
