Automation Editor Restricted Focus

The locked focus of the automation rules editor makes it a nightmare to debug complex automation files across multiple markets/rule-files because users cannot access the logfiles to check the status of stored values or signals. I'm trying to build a suite of automation files across six different markets using seven different rule sets with shared event-level SV's and not being able to read the automation instructions and the logfiles together is driving me nuts.

I end up using screenshots/notepad so I can reference everything at the same time

When building a complex Guardian automation I find it helps to build a list of all SVs as I create them in notepad or something, so I have them all referenced in one place. I also decant any log into notepad or excel before trying to analyse it.
