API - getMarkets - GetMarketsInstruction - Filters

Another quite useful option would be to be able to add Filters to the GetMarketsInstruction .

This could be: MarketStatus("ANY","SUSPENDED","CLOSED"), EventTypeId, CompetitionId, MarketType, Starttime, Inplay-Status ...

Of course you can load the full market list and then filter afterwards, but it would be much more efficient to do it beforehand
