Highlight the Cross-Over Odds with Estimated PIQ on Ladder

Here is a ladder settings file which when imported and used will display your ladder screen exactly as you see it in the image below including using markers to highlight all the cross-over prices (the odds where the price increments change ie, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 6.0, 10.0 etc).

When placing a bet your Esmiated position in queue (EQIP) is also shown in the traded volume column, in the image i've placed a lay bet at 3.25, and its showing me there is still £857 ahead of my bet at this moment in the traded volume column

To use these ladder setting’s click the Basic Ladder.bls file at the bottom of this post to download to your computer, then whilst on your ladder screen click the ‘Spanner’ icon to open the ladder settings editor and in the top left corner click;
