Lost ladder toolbar

I've deselected all the display options in a 'new ladder' window and saved this to a profile. If I want to add back one of the toolbar options how do I do this without having to start again from a default pane and re-saving?

If you right-click somewhere above the ladders a menu window will appear where you can select the information you want on the tool bar
