"Desktop" blank page instead of usual menu

I noticed that my BA does not load "dektop".
It was loading fine in Trader, but not in Professional.

Anybody knows a way to fix this?
Already tried uninstall, deleted folders from "appdata>roamning>bla bla", reinstall.
Same problem also with factory settings.

This is probably due to the new firewall we recently installed. If you can give us more information about your set-up, we can investigate further.
