Not Connecting to TPD

Having problems with the interface loading the TPD data and showing up during a race, cant for the life of me figure out what im doing wrong ? added screenshot of the last race it failed to load

I've entered the License key into TPD settings and Connection Status is showing as Connected. I have the Current MPH, Position of Runner etc all showing on my Grid. The columns don't populate when I connect to a race from one one the TPD tracks. I'm obviously missing something here.

Hi, having similar issues when it comes to connecting to TPD via betangel. I have followed the instructions for how to display live in-running data from TPD on to the one-click screen (viewtopic.php?f=73&t=24626). However, no data appears when the race is in-play. I have imported the guardian file and the alert box asking me to connect to TPD comes up. As well as this, when I try to connect to TPD manually there, the connection status reads "not connected", which I am assuming is the problem. Also TPDs account screen isn't taking into account any races I "connect to". I assume the problem is, I'm not actually connecting to TPD, so was wondering if anyone could help? thank you in advance.

Hi Dallas,

I use BetAngel on a simplyCloud VPS with Windows 2008 R2.
Maybe I have to ask for an upgrade? I've never had any problems.
