It looks like Tx count is specific to each Bet Angel sessions. Yesterday I was running 2 sessions and saw different Tx counts in both. that means it is not a proper protection against the 5000 transaction limit of Betfair.
Is this correct and can you change the behaviour so that Tx count is calculated across sessions? If not what is the workaround?

BF changed their definition of a transaction (for the purpose of counting transactions and charging for them) a few months ago to include things like cancelling a bet, or changing Keep Status etc. BetAngel's TX number does not count many of the things in BetFair's new definition.

I see. Bet Angel team: can you make those 2 improvements:
1) make sure bet angel has the same Tx definition as Betfair
2) get the Tx number across all BA sessions

You need to put that request in the suggestions forum. BA frequently implement suggestions supported by users.SundayBetter wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 4:32 amI see. Bet Angel team: can you make those 2 improvements:

Is it possible to obtain the transaction count for the hour over the API?ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 5:05 amAre you 100% about that? I always thought (aka assumed) that any user initiated api message for whatever purpose was always regarded as a 'transaction'. And the changes last year were just about limits and costs?
If not, I can't see how BA could synchronise the count over multiple instances of BA, especially on multiple PCs.
