Bet Angel won't open due to "exception" error

After sign in I get error "Exception occurred : The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."

I have tried restarting PC and same error occurs.

I’ve tried that , and restarting computer, and still getting same error message as above.

This is on betdaq version by the way. Downloaded latest version yesterday and seemed to work fine, though can’t log in today ?

Is betdaq api down or something ? Or is this just a bet angel thing ? Or is it something else, any ideas ?

Betfair API is all green. Must be a BA issue. I'm sure the guys are already on it.

I can log in fine to betfair . Though not betdaq ? I get the same message you posted when I try. Are you getting the message on betfair or daq ?

Mine is Betfair. I don't have Betdaq installed.

I'm getting the same issue too. My version is 1.55.0 - a tad out of date, I know, but I had no issues logging in yesterday.

Just seen a few other people now reporting issues too. Must be a BA problem rather than the exchanges as I can log in fine to BF, but get the error message on BD.

Or maybe it’s an internet or computer thing. I’ve no idea. Tried emailing support, though maybe they are very busy.

It could be coincidence but my BA license was due to expire today. I renewed it successfully about 2 weeks ago.
