am I right in saying I should be able to view yesterday’s bets in yesterday’s log?

Yes, but if you've logged out you'll need to view them in your saved log

am I missing something?, I’m able to see everything, stored values etc but no bets 🤷🏻‍♂️, none whatsoever

All the activity done through Bet Angel should be logged

It'll only show what happened at the time they hit the market, so if they were unmatched that what will be reported (but they could still be matched later and that part won't be logged)
