is it getting fixed or what? Its a bet angel problem not betfair.....my other software is loading markets. Admins maybe some announcement to tell us what is going on as we are paying for this service?

Just waking up to this. The call to retrieve data for the market tree would indicate a Betfair problem. That message indicates the call timed-out when made to the Betfair API.

Betfair obviously sorted this overnight.
