If I have 5 unmatched bets and 1 partially matched bet,is there a way I can take SP and get the partially matched bet fully matched but cancel all the other unmatched bets.

Could be done by automation - Take SP on selection which have matched bets already and Cancel All Bets on selections which have no still matched bets.

I’ve created a rule Keep SP on all unmatched bets
and done a number of matched bets condition on the selection is greater than 0.
However sometimes it’s taking an SP on all my unmatched bets not just the partially matched ones.

You have 4 options for Cancelling Bets , 2 options for Keeping Bets and 2 options for Taking SP, just use that you need and test it in practice mode how it's working...
