Assistance Needed with Tennis Price Move Bot

Hi,

I am trying to create a very simple bot to identify a pre match price drop of 10 ticks or more on either of the players starting from when the matches are added to guardian to 1 mins before start of the game. I would like the notification to appear in guardian as flashing text/text box popup and to stay until I close it. But I am having some problems, please see the photos. I am not very good with creating automation rules and any help would be welcomed.

In the conditions tab;
> change the selection A and selection B to "Current ( current selection from EVERY)".
> you're comparing the price 60 secs ago with the price 60 secs ago. Presumably you want to be comparing the price now to the price 60 secs ago - 10 ticks.
