Want to fix the top 4 10 mins before post time. Take SP of the top 4. Then lay first horse from the top 4 that drifts a certain amount of ticks from the SP prices. Price condition is under 10.
Only want to place 1 lay bet which will be on the 1st horse that drifts the required ticks.

It's straight forward enough to set up but you'll need to be more precise with your exact requirements
For example
1) are you placing back or lay sp bets pre off? (I assume back)?
2) what if one or more of tbe front four are above 10 when fixing the order? Are these to be included still or not
3) what happens if one or more drift above 10 after fixing but before going in- running?

You won't know what the SP's will be until the race goes in-play
The closest you can do is use some 'Projected SP' conditions on each runner, ie, each would need to test the projected SP is below 10 (or whatever value you give it as you may want to factor in a margin of error).
You could also use a race status condition to get the 'Place SP bet' rules to trigger as close to the off as possible
I'm assuming after you lay the first to trade X ticks above its SP in-running the other 3 SP bets are just left?
