Green up issue

Can someone please explain what happened here at Weatherby 2:25pm race?

My 2 backbets put on pre off both did not green up at all. The Green ups did not trigger for this race, its not an issue with the set up as it did green up for other races.

I have pasted the log below:

Is there any tricks anyone can share to ensure i always green up as im not watching the races as cant afford to take this risk.

i do have automatically switch on and restrict refresh on this is the only race out of 12 that didnt green up and the trigger didnt happen.

Almost certainly your refresh rate is to slow

ok i did have restrict refresh at 1000 (as i was running some pre play systems previously). ive changed to 30 seconds then so will see how that goes? Could this be the reason Dallas?

It depends what your refresh rate was, how many other markets you had getting refreshed at the time, if the race went off on time (ie, if late it might have then been outside your restricted refresh window) etc etc

Had an issue with Newcastle race R2 6f race on 6/3. This my log 1 minute before the race

That is it. No other log. Didnt even say if it went in play? My in play trades didnt match at all. i do note there is another race at Leicester 3 min after this race so it may have been delayed?

i had advanced settings restrict refresh from 90 sec before to 900 seconds after race and switch screens market switch time at 80 seconds so im sure this was set up properly?

Anyone else have an issue? Dallas would you know what happened here?
