realtive odds condition by time?

I dont even tknow if this is the right option to use in BA here

But i want a condition that basically says "places my back bet 2 minutes from the off, but before you do check that the back price has shortened in the last x number of minutes... say 5 minutes"

I thought i would have to choose relative odds condition, but there doenst seem to be an option for the time, i can only seected a last traded price is less than, say another last traded price minus x number of ticks or odds, is there anyway i can do it by time?
