Tennis automation help

I am trying to create an automation, but am failing.

I am looking to do the following:

Tennis matches with >£50k in match betting pre-match (immediately before match start, or even 30 second after going in play)
Tracks the pre-match underdog price (so the player with odds of 2.2<)
Alerts when there is a bet of £10k< when the odds in play drop to 1.15 or below in play. (looking for lay money at low odds).

Can anyone help. Ideally I looking to create an alert--- and separately an automation to place a bet at the low odds
