Using a Coupon to filter markets

Hi, not all events enjoy all (expected) markets ... the obvious example is Racing Win and Place markets. All racing events have a Win market but not all have a Place market. Can a coupon be set up so as to only load the Win market into Guardian if the Place market exists?
