Store a "Global" StoredValue in Guardian?

Hi,
I was hoping I could use v1.56 Export/Import SV to a file feature to implement a "global" shared SV, but values are still just bound to that market it seems? So if I want to for example, keep track of how many markets the bot has won/lost over the day's horse racing card by keeping a global markets_won and markets_lost global shared SV...
Is this possible?
