Placing Bets at (or near) a Specific Time

Is there a way to place bets at a specific time say at X o'clock in the day, NOT X hours before an event starts. I can see how I can do it in Excel by using Now() but can't see how to do it in Guardian other than to get Excel to set an SV and then for Guardian to act when the SV is a certain value. I think that might work but it's a bit messy and more to go wrong!
