How to use Offset feature under global settings

Hi,

I recently placed a back bet of €10 for a horse on crazy odds of about 500 and I use the fill or kill feature with 15 seconds delay and yet only about €3.86 and the rest was unmatched. I have automation set to trigger 10 minutes before the race so there is good liquidity.

To try and avoid this in the future for some selections that have huge odds can I use the offset bet feature if that makes sense? So for example if I was doing a bet under "Parameters" I choose under "Global Settings" I choose "Offset Bet" and say I input 10 for "Offset Batches" so if stake was €10 and it was a back bet for a horse with massive odds for example @ 300; does this mean it would match smaller amounts of €1 each ten times for the €10 bet?
