Testing out something at low stakes on automation and using a single offset bet with greening.

Lay gets matched and offsets correctly at x ticks above the lay. However, once the goal is scored and the market suspends I'm getting an additional, replicated, back which then leaves me incorrectly greened. Happened to me twice so far in testing today.

Hopefully something simple I'm missing :)

11/06/2021 17:47:15: [G_Auto 1] : £ 5.13 Lay bet placed on Under 1.5 Goals at 1.39. Fully matched at 1.37. Ref: 235639808122 ( Fill or kill bet with 1 seconds delay. Offsetting by 30 ticks with greening. )
11/06/2021 17:47:20: [G_Auto 1] : Store Value (Shared) for Under 1.5 Goals: HighestVolume = 1706
11/06/2021 17:47:21: [G_Auto 1] : £ 4.21 Back bet placed on Under 1.5 Goals at 1.67. Entirely unmatched when it initially reached the market. Ref: 235639815631
11/06/2021 17:47:25: [G_Auto 1] : Store Value (Shared) for Under 1.5 Goals: HighestVolume = 1794
11/06/2021 17:48:10: [G_Auto 1] : Automation Signal for market: Alerted - Cleared
11/06/2021 17:50:14: [G_Auto 1] : Store Value (Shared) for Under 1.5 Goals: HighestVolume = 1799

The last entry is saying its a saved be, so you must of placed it manually, then used the 'Save All' button in the bet persistence area at the bottom of your screen

Cheers Dallas but it's completely automated, nothing manual. I did see the saved bet section in the manual but thought that wasnt relevant as there's nothing I did manually :(

While the automation was running did you load the market on your ladder/one-click screen?

If so it maybe that once the bet was submitted you caught the save button by accident if moving the cursor around the screen

That's a distinct possibility. I was working on the basis that it was something in the automation but ruling that out, looks like a fat finger issue. I'll keep an eye on that - cheers
