In-play Log File Timestamps

When placing bets in-play do the timestamps in the log refer to the time the bet was placed (ie excluding the in-play delay) or including the in-play delay?

It's the time the line of text was written to the log ( using the time from your PC's own clock ).
If the line of text relates to bet placement, and therefore contains a betting reference and details of whether it was matched or unmatched when placed, then that will always be after the inplay delay has counted down. i.e. It's after the exchange has processed the bet and returned its details.
