Automation while market suspended
No rules can trigger on a market while it is suspended or closed
If you are looking for a suspended/closed market you could do it via excel and check if there has been an update etc since 'X'
Or if the market is in the same Event you could use stored values on the Event
ie, Store a value on market 'A' every second
Have a stored value changed condition applied to a rule on market 'B' and check its changed within the last 'X' seconds
