is it possible to automate different market ? within one football match
like I back the Draw and Lay correct score and back over 2.5
3 completely separate sub area in one rule file .

Is that possible ?

yes - you can use the text comparison condition on market name within the rules file

edit - and you can use "shared" stored values to pass market info between the different markets to the same rules file if you need it

There is a tick box you can set to make it "shared" in the rules editor when you define a stored value.
