Hi can anyone help, I would like to back the second favourite that was the second favourite 2hrs before the start time and only if it did have odds of 4 and above back then. Would like to back it 1 minute before start time. Can that be automated.

Yep
Have a rule that runs at -2hrs which sets a signal for any selection with the criteria you want.
Have a 2nd rule that runs 1min before the scheduled start that backs any selction with the signal set.
