First time venturing into custom rankings...

When setting up an "Update Custom Ranking of Selections" Rule does it default to all selections in a market only , or is it possible to create a ranking list on a subset of the selections available using the Conditions tab ? i.e Selection is one of x, SV value for Selection is...

if not, what would be the best way to achieve it ?
