I'm using Set a stored Value - basically storing the back price on unlimited triggers and every refresh. That's the easy rule.
I want it to trigger a back bet when the stored value is below i.e 1.5. Then resets above 1.5.
It's more the trigger when stored value falls below 1.5 bit, I can't sus out.
Any ideas?
Stored Value question - Storing Back Price
If you are just placing a back bet when the price is less than 1.5 (or any price) you can do it without stored values
You only need a fixed odds condition on the back bet rule
Or was there something else the stored values were being used for?

Try:
1. Set/Modify a SV: Continually updating back price (& Store as SV)
2. Place bet rule: If your SV is <1.50
If you want to place multiple bets then you may want to consider clearing SV's on the end of place bet rule and using an x-sec re-arm time as preferred.
Best of luck.

That's right the second part of what I put was the condition.
I saw your screenshot. Simply change Amount: 0 to 1.50 and set Adjustment to None.
That means we're checking the SV is < 1.50
Your screenshot was checking the SV was less than (0 - 1.50), aka checking for < -1.50
