misbehaving automation

Hi, i've been running a simple racing automation which places lay bet in first few seconds inplay, conditions are that lay price must be greater than 4.9 and less than 15.5.

Generally behaving itself, but a couple of bets have been placed outside the condition odds, once at 4.6, once at 15.5. Refresh set to 20ms, market switch set to 300s. Any ideas?

Matched or Placed?

The condition will control when its placed and at what price, which will be in your Bet Angel log

But you have no control over what you get matched at by BF once the bet hits the exchange

Above you said it was placing at odds outside the conditions, but you could only know this by looking at the log?

The log tab is located a few tabs across to the right of the ladder lab on the main screen, (if you had the market the automation was running on on the ladder or one-click screen at the time)
If not click on the market in Guardian and below the bottom window you'll see a log tab and that will give you the log for that market which you can copy and paste into a reply on here

Your conditions are set up correctly, but the rules place the bets at the actual SP - so although its being triggered when the LTP and lay price are between 4.9 and 15.5 if the runners SP was say 2.8, thats were your bet will get placed

Depending on exactly what you want you probably want to test the 'Actual SP' was within your price range, so either add two more fixed odds conditions to test that as well, or replace one or both your existing LTP and Lay price ranges with the Actual SP range
