Is there an automation knocking about where you get an alert when the prematch underdog goes a break up at any time?
If not is there one I can modify and if so what would be the best course of action?

Underdog breaks
You'll first need a 'Set/Modify Signal' rule applied to the 2nd fav
and on the signal tab set a signal on selection (give it any name you want)
Trigger this before the match starts
Then add a 'Play/Sound Alert rule' applied to ANY selection
and use the following conditions
Tennis serving condition - selection is serving
Tennis relative score condition - selection is 1 or more games ahead of opponent
Signal Set condition - Is the signal named (whatever you called it) set on selection
and that will do it
