Greening Placing Two Bets Making a Loss

Hi all,

I have a simple system where greening a set to green all selections once £1 profit it reached.

However, a few times a day it will place two identical Greening bets at the exact same time and odds, and as soon as it's matched I'm in a losing position. Any idea why this would be?

Armed to trigger multiple times, with a rearm faster than the in-play delay (if betting in play)
Guardian refresh rate set to slow especially if its cycling a lot of markets

Those are two possibilities

Thanks Dallas but we have the rule set to trigger up to 1 times with nothing else ticked.

Oh and refresh set to 20ms

How many markets are you cycling approx?
and are you using restricted refresh in anyway?

We have Win markets for UK and IRE Horse racing only. Not sure what restricted refresh is or where I find that?

Ah found the restricted refresh and it is not ticked.

Restricted refresh is on the advanced tab of Guardian and is used to focus all the refreshing on just the markets your rules are active on, without wasting time refreshing those not about to start for several hours

You could try using that to see if that helps, your refresh rate is certainly fine and I've not seen anyone using 20ms come across this before (normally its been if much slower rates) and the amount of markets you said shouldn't have any effect on it either

Thank you, will take a look at that refresh restriction.

An example log of the greening below where it places the same back bet twice instantly, luckily I spotted this one and only one got matched so I was able to manually close the second.
