Hi,
I am still having real problems with Guardian trying to load all the Premier Games at Match Odds (see my other post)
In addition, I have found out today that the Automation feature is not working. All the buttons are in blue and work fine apart from the one marked 'Create a new rules file for selected market' this one is in grey and will not work at all.
I have uninstalled the software and re-installed it and it is still not working.
I am using a 3 month old HP Pavillion G series laptop.
Iam really at a loss what the problem is.
Any ideas?

I'm really not that good on computers but tried what you suggested and it worked. Thank you.
I am still having problems loading 'all the match odds' for Premier games and can only do one at a time.
The automation didn't 'fire' last night when I went out and I left my laptop on. I think it went on stand-by mode before the off. I have taken all the power saving functions off so hopefully it will work now?

I noticed Bartoli's match was 'in play' and you had an unmatched bet, yet you clearly weren't following it!
