Trouble with Guardian

So basically I want to do the following.
Place a back bet on whatever in play horse who reaches the fixed odds I choose. p.e back at 2.1 whenever a horse reaches that odds.GU just doens't fire it up, I had success doing this through automation but I want it on guardian.

If you look at that last image you are not applying it to any selection. It can't trigger if you don't tell it what you want it to trigger against. The last image shows the selection as 'not set'
