While you have been busy filling your face with chocolate over Easter the team here have been busy road testing the latest version of Bet Angel for BETDAQ. It is now ready for release!

The latest upgrade is on top of the all the recent upgrades we made to the previous version of Bet Angel for BETDAQ, which you can view here: -

This latest version now includes automation.

Using automation you really have little excuse for not trying new things on BETDAQ whether it’s a simple alert, switch to market or fully fledged trading or betting strategy, you can now do this in the background without any human intervention. We have created a playlist for you to explore what you can do with automation: -

This playlist was created for the Betfair version, so there are some differences between the Betfair and Betdaq automation. Some features, like SP for example, are not available on Betdaq just yet. So please be aware of these but other that these feature differences it’s very similar to the Betfair version. Even to the point where you can use most of the files you created with your Betfair version as a base for automating things on Betdaq.

But of course, as always, we suggest you fully test your system in great depth before remortgaging the house on it!

You can download BETDAQ Angel from: -

Enjoy!

Looking forward to this automation feature :P

I've made a rule for England in the cricket
.....(kinda offset bet thingy!)

Maybe I should change my stake from £1 to 10p to be on the safe side!

Cheers

Great news about the BETDAQ automation facility.

Is there a practice mode in version 1.26?

Cheers.

There is no practice mode. Given it's free we want you to spend a little bit of money somewhere ;)

Seriously though, Betdaq would like some business from us, so just pummelling their servers without placing any bets or trades isn't really going to work. So let's do our bit for liquidity over there. Even if it's just at minimum bet size.

Are there any plans to update the automation in guardian in line with Bet Angel Pro for Betfair? In particular the abilitiy to apply automation to "nominated selections" and "take SP" features.

If we can get enough users (and more new ones) then we can add additional features to Betdaq. Currently we have run out of funding. It's never been a money maker, but we can't afford to lose too much money developing it, so its always likely to be stuck behind the Betfair development cycle.

It would be helpful if it got more publicity for what is a great bit of software and other high profile traders that are trying to advocate more use of Betdaq helped get the message across IMHO. At the end of the day, we are all in this together.

Thanks for the reply. I guess it is a "chicken and egg" situation; I would like to use the same automation on both Betfair and Betdaq to compare results but infortunately can not do so at the moment because they do not support the same features. Keep up the good work. The Bet Angel for Betdaq is still a great piece of software and free!!
