US Presidential Election 2024
Was basically proven again the past few days that Trump's power is waning, I imagine there's a queue to smack Gaetz and that was before all this

I always liked the story of the US congressman justifying the removal of foreign language books from schools on the grounds that "if english was good enough for Jesus, its good enough for me".
That and congress deciding that pizza is a vegitable.

In the UK, Sunak, Truss, Johnson, etc. can stand up in front of the camera, and speak their bullshit with their front bench standing behind them clapping and cheering.
In the US, Biden gives his State of the Union speech with Kamala on the left, smiling away and occasionally standing up and applauding, with the Republican speaker of the house, whatever his name is, sitting on the right with a face making it clear he's thinking, what the flipping hell is this dickhead talking about?

Problem is these candidates will split the anti-Trump vote making it actually easier for Trump to get over the line. I would imagine, Youngkin, T. Scott, Sununu, Pence are still to announce too.
But with Trump already losing a h2h with RDS despite already announcing and no legal troubles in the media the past few weeks it can only go downhill for him from here imo.
Biden looking a good thing to run now, down into 1.45 to be the nominee.
More money for Trump now too, back down to 2.22 which was where he was just before the midterms, imo DeSantis deserves to be clear favourite as he's making all the moves to make a run.
