Heard an interesting stat the other day, using the usual comparison with our fellow members of the G7, since 2016 Brexit has cost us £170bn in lost growth as at the end of 2019 (rising to £200bn at the end of 2020) and our total net contributions to the EU since 1972..... £180bn.
It's okay though...the HS2 is currently at £108 billion and counting, so, will give us something else to think about... (£55billion @ 2015)
Now a priority, so the relocation of the House of Lords to York, can go smoothly...
